I’ve been a patient of Dr. James for upwards of 5 years and have spent thousands on glasses there every year. Today’s visit was horrible! Carla at the front desk has a horrible attitude and behaves like a teenager. She is a poo representation of the practice and hopefully Dr. James becomes aware before other patients suffer this experience. Unfortunately I will be changing my eye doctor because of the behavior of the receptionist.
"Spec-Tacle-ular" Greatly appreciated the ability to get me in same day, twice. Had issues at DMV and needed an exam ASAP. They got me in within the hour. The entire team was extremely polite and handled my lack of patience swimmingly. After a second snafu at DMV , I was able to get another same day appt for a fitting and had glasses chosen/ gotten within 30 minutes. Hectic day found an end with the lovely ladies and their warm smiles. Thank you
