Hands down the best dental care I have ever had! East Nashville Family Dentistry goes above and beyond to ensure that the health of your oral care is taken care of. They were so knowledgeable and transparent about what I needed the entirety of my visit then provided me with a printed copy of everything we discussed during my visit. I was able to see a visual of my entire mouth through their 3D scan, which Dr. Spencer then walked through with me. No denying that the work I needed was in fact necessary! My cleaning with Casey was thorough and she spent extra time educating me on my at home care. If you actually want to take care of your oral health and not skimp on care, this is the place to go! 10/10 a great experience.
I would highly recommend this place! I recently moved to East Nashville and I had been searching for a new dental office close to home when I came across this one. I had my first appointment there this past Wednesday morning and it was a great experience. Everyone was welcoming and professional. I have had a terrible dental experience last year and I was concerned this would be a similar situation. Luckily, I found a place that’s welcoming, professional and also close to home. I was taken care of for all my dental needs and left my appointment at a reasonable time. I was out within an hour and never felt rushed out and the bedside manner was fantastic. I believe my dental assistant was named Q(sorry if I remembered incorrectly) and she was an absolute sweetheart. They had the most updated technology, clean office, great ambiance and the best part a great team of staff that actually cared! Thank you guys for making the dentist a great experience. I’m happy to be a new patient there. Your exceptional service means a lot !
I made an appointment two months in advance at East Nashville Family Dentistry for what I thought was a routine cleaning. When I arrived, they told me that as a new patient it was unlikely I would get my teeth cleaned as they first need to do a series of x-rays and gum analysis to come up with a “treatment plan”. I’ve moved cities a handful of times and have never been unable to get my teeth cleaned at a “new patient visit”. I was in the waiting room for 40+ minutes before being called back for the x-rays, but ultimately left before any of the services because I didn’t want to owe a ton of money after reading similar negative reviews. I never received an email before the appointment indicating I would not get my teeth cleaned (only a text message to confirm the appointment time). The vibe was odd so I left and don’t plan on going back. Though, the receptionists and x-ray technicians were very kind.
Great people, great atmosphere . My daughters and I had appointments and we where able to get in at the same time. The staff are very nice and you can tell that they love what they do and are there to help. Proud to say it's our new family dentist office!
Went in to establish dental care as I moved to Nashville last summer, went in and was told that I need to replace most of my old fillings with crowns and gave me a treatment plan spanning over $4K to treat all these problems. I think it could be a great place, I just felt very overwhelmed with the aggressiveness of their treatment approach. In my opinion, it was just too much for me.
