I have been with Dr, Clark and Downtown Dental for more than 8 years, and have never had any problems or issues with the organization in any way. That statement in itself is grand in today’s world where kindness, customer service and efficiency hardly exists. Recently I had an emergent situation with a broken tooth. I needed to get to the dentist and back to work as soon as possible. I didn’t tell the team that I needed to get back to work because I didn’t want preferential treatment or to rush the doctor, this is my tooth. The treatment and efficiency that I personally received was impeccable and appreciated. Thank you all.
Dr Patrick and team are the BEST! The office has a very friendly environment and the front desk staff are always pleasant to work with. I've had a couple of different procedures done there and everything was seamless and pain free (mostly because Dr Patrick and the hygienist are hilarious, so it's a good time).
Dr. Clarke and all the staff at Downtown Dental do a fantastic job. Over the last 3-4 years I’ve had several procedures in addition to routine dental work there. They’re are especially good at being out in the cutting edge of technology, at least from a layperson’s perspective. All this just makes the patient experience so much easier than some experiences I’ve had in the past. Also love their insurance plan.
Outstanding! This morning, I had a delightful, rejuvenating time - getting 6 cavities filled! I truly cannot say enough about how Downtown Dental makes me feel cared for as a person. I typically have a lot of anxiety at the dentist, but Dr. Patrick, Jordan, & Lindsey have gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, informed, and in control at their clinic. I found it easy to relax under their care because I trust them and know they care about me & how I feel. Jaleesa even personally checked in on me to make sure I got some safely after my appointment. I am actually looking forward to going back to the dentist now. Highly recommend!
This is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Both technicians I spoke to about my new patient visit AND the doctor were extremely personable, and went above and beyond with my dental and overall medical care. They also didn’t pressure me into anything I wasn’t comfortable pursuing and were very patient oriented, while also maintaining a professionally based practice. 11/10 recommend!
