I was told over the phone that they took my insurance. They failed to mention that they were out of network. Had I been told this, I would not have come in. Not knowing this omitted information, I set up an appointment specifically for a cleaning. Again, no mention of being out of network while in the building. As a matter of fact, they sat me in a room right away, only to then make me wait almost an hour before being seen. They then performed a bunch of tests and no cleaning. Confused but thinking my cleaning was just days away, I went to the counter at the end of the appointment, where they let me know that cleaning appointments were five weeks out. So I got a bunch of tests done that insurance wouldn’t pay for, and didn’t get the service I asked for. When I called them about the bill, they weren’t interested in accepting any responsibility for misinforming me and all they cared about was getting their money, threatening to sue me rather than trying to make it right. If you want an average dentist, with old equipment who is only interested in getting the most money out of you, then you have found the right place. Buyer beware.
Ms Vicky the dental Hygenist is awesome. The receptionists are friendly. The dentist is great. The office is clean and exceptional service.
Dr Loyola and Jessica were Great! They always make me feel like family and take good care if me that's why I keep coming back!
Every time me and my husband went they were very pleasant and it seemed that everyone likes their jobs Jessica always went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.
Wonderful dental family. Dr. Loyolla is the best. She really cares about my comfort and did I mention she and her assistant Jessica actually had me laughing the whole time which is good cause I had fears of having work done and hadn't been to a dentist since I was 18. I'm 40 now!!! I need alot more work done and actually look forward to goin back in. Every dental hygienist or assistant has been so sweet and professional. My Mom had to wait in lobby w my rowdy 3 yr old and I was worried but Jessica was so sweet. She took her cookies and came back to let me know they were ok. Anyways, office is easy to find, clean, and professional from the time I walked in to setting up follow up appt w the sweet girl at the counter. I believe her name was Kiera. I'm so glad I chose Tennessee family dental and i just can't recommend them enough!!! I never write reviews. This is my first one and they deserve it. I cant wait to take my daughter to them soon for her first dental exam. Thank you' Barbara Moore
