10/10 so happy I was referred here. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. I’ve been embarrassed for so long over my teeth and the dr spoke life into me and my confidence . She told me to get excited to start smiling, this is not just her career also her ministry. I have really bad anxiety but surprised there was no pain whatsoever. I’m actually looking forward to going back and getting my teeth corrected and healthy. I immediately got on the phone to recommend them to my mom and friend who’s looking for a dentist. Wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on.
Hands down the WORST experience I have ever had! I advise anyone not to take their service here! The worst service from the front desk as well as the insurance billing manager! The dentist Jackson recommended a night guard three months later never received? So after calling each month they still seemed confused on everything!!! So after speaking with the billing insurance manager she tried to force me to make another appt and proceeded to hang up in my face! Will never return!!!
Dr. Jackson is the best dentist I've ever had. Both she and the team she has put together are equal parts skilled and welcoming. I came to her as a new patient with many problems I'd been avoiding for years. Dr Jackson came up with a gameplan to address the problems over time, which was appreciated because I dont have insurance, and spreading the cost out was important for me. My teeth are in great shape now. All the work ( bridge, root canals, fillings) went smoothly, and my teeth are finally in good shape again. Thank you to Dr. Jackson and the whole staff at ADC!
Dr. Jackson and her staff were absolutely amazing! They repaired a tooth that several other dentist were scared to even touch and were affordable! The American Dental Center is easily one of the best dental offices in the region!
I went in today for the beginning of my root canal retreatment. Everyone, every step of the way, was extremely kind, friendly, and made me feel super comfortable & like they were my friends!! Such a genuine and caring team full of wonderful women. Doctor Jackson is extremely personable and supportive. All of the staff is very funny & comforting!! Cannot say enough good things!!
