Dr. Nickles is a really terrific dependable and empathic doctor. When a filling fell out early morning on a Sunday, he took a call on his cell and asked me to meet him at the office. Fixed me right up in the office! The routine visits are always a pleasure, and i always feel cared for by Dr. Nickels and his hygienist. If I’m ever not able to see my regular hygienist, they tell me well in advance—not a big deal at all bc they’re all fabulous! I trust all recommendations. He referred me to a root canal specialist when the need for that came up. That referral was also spectacular. Absolute painless root canal. I am a 100% delighted patient.
After not visiting the dentist for 5 years because of bad experiences, Dr. Nickels made me feel safe and comfortable. He has a wonderful staff, from the front desk to the hygienists- all patient, warm, and comforting through the entire process. So glad I found Dr. Nickels!
As much as I used to hate going to the dentist years ago, I actually like going now. I look forward to seeing and cutting up with the staff. Everybody, and I mean everybody, who works in that building is professional, yet very friendly, easy to talk to, funny and good at what they do. Dr. Nickels is the BEST! I would never go to another dentist. He is kind, gentle, an excellent dentist and very personable. He always asks about what’s going on in my life, and about my family, he even knows my kids names! I just couldn’t ask for more. He’s the BEST dentist in the whole wide world, as my grandson would say!!!

Dr. Nickels is always kind and considerate. Except for the pain, an appointment with him is like seeing an old friend. He is the only medical professional I have ever known that routinely gives out his cell phone number. He encourages patients to call him after hours if they have a problem. He is never in a hurry. He takes the time needed to explain what he has found and what he plans to do about it. I can't say I like going to the dentist, but I do like this dentist and highly recommend him.
