The wait time is ridiculous! We have a 15 min grace period to be late otherwise they cancel your appointment but they’re allowed to make you wait hours after you appointment time. Expect to be here all day if it’s more than just a cleaning.
DO NOT ATTEND HERE IF YOU’RE EXPECTING YOUR APPOINTMENT TO START ON TIME. THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND WILL HAVE YOU WAITING FOR DAMN NEAR 2 HOURS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Smiley Dental Office was GREAT!!! The staff here is awesome. Everyone is friendly from the front desk woman Laura was very beautiful and nice and very helpful , the assistants, hygienists were amazing . They made my kids feel comfortable and they were able to do what they needed to do. I was worried about their initial visit because it was the first time they've been to the dentist. But they did a great job interacting and letting my kids know what they were doing each step of the way, assuring them that everything is going to be OK. A very organized office with great staff. My kids actually enjoyed going to the dentist. All the rooms are decorated with a nice fish tank and looks amazing
