Blair is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. She was kind and explained everything in detail as she was going along. She also gave me the best options for my situation. The entire staff was very nice, caring and professional. Their array of frames are awesome as well. I will not be returning to Visionworks, especially since they had my prescription too strong and that was causing me to have constant headaches!
The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the time they took with my 6yo daughter to explain and ask for consent ahead of anything they did. They made the experience fun for her and eased her fears. We left with answers and a daughter who isn’t afraid of the eye doctor. Thank you!
I was miss informed by a front desk worker that my vision insurance covered both contacts and glasses within the same year. Since they did not have frames I liked I went with contacts.(only wear contacts 3 times a year and wear glasses everyday) My glasses are now falling apart and I have to now wait over 6 months to get glasses because of their front desk employee does not paying attention to detail. I would suggest double checking what they tell you or just simply go elsewhere.
