They are the best!! While traveling recently in Nashville we had a contact lens crisis and on a cold snowy day when the city was shut down Resolution was open and came to the rescue! My daughter is moving to Nashville and this will be her doctor and source for eyewear!! Thank you again!! Staff was fabulous too!!!

I had a wonderful experience. Not only was the staff nice and pleasant but the doctor was on point! He took the time to really hear me out and explain everything so I could easily understand everything. He even showed me my retinal scan. I must say, no doctor has told me to come behind "the counter" to give me a glimpse of what he sees but also explain everything. Overall amazing experience. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and caring eye doctor. This is the place to be.

Not a good place for kids glasses. Either didn't know how to fit my daughter properly, or couldn't be bothered to. Ended up going to the optical store on the vandy hospital campus - they seemed to have a lot more experience with kids. Knew how to assess and fix common fit issues, had recommendations for bridge size and face width. Knew pros and cons of different brands.

This place is amazing! From the front desk staff, to the physician, you can tell Resolution eye care truly cares about their patients. Everyone is just so kind and knowledgeable! You will not find a better eye care doctor than this facility in Nashville.

Nice atmosphere. Not the best attitude from front staff. No integrity for not following normal healthcare protocol(was told it would be taken care of by woman at 5:18PM on Feb 7th, 2024). Verification of insurance is to be done prior to the appointment to save everyone’s time and energy ALSO to indicate the history of the patient and to be aware of billing responsibilities. Not professional for today’s practice.
