I had a very nice experience. I was looking for a new place after my last ophthalmologist retired . I’ve had her since college so I was nervous going somewhere else . But everyone is very friendly as soon as you walk in . I didn’t get the name of the lady who helped me when I first came in . She was letting me try on glasses why I waited for my appointment but she was sweet . Max was very nice funny and professional .And Jeana (sorry if i misspelled) was extremely kind and helpful . She was very honest while I tried on glasses and made sure I got what I wanted . Dr. Julie was amazing very informative and I was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my whole visit, I would recommend to anyone . ????
Mr. Dr. Jeff is that guy! The other people are pretty awesome too. Love this place I recommend everyone to come to this place. They are experts Randy always has a welcoming greeting and is always helpful and informative. Ms Pam in the front is always so patient and helpful with rescheduling etc.
Dr. Michele Sonsino was really great! She was professional and friendly, and adjusted my prescription because I wasn’t seeing as well. I’ve been getting my eyes checked here for the last 4 years and they are good at getting me in and sending me reminders.
Sat for an hour in the lobby. No employee gave me an update or apologized for the wait. After an hour I was finally taken to a treatment room. I had a change in techs 3 times for various reasons but multiple redundant questions. When I complained about the long wait and the many techs, the Doc just laughed and said it had been a crazy day but did not act sorry. So, eye exam, contact exam, 1 pair of contacts + 2 1/2 hours of my time = $775! Won't be giving them my business in the future.
Absolutely loved going there. They are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed going for my first appointment today i have never been to an eye doctor that actually helps you pick the best options when it comes to pricing until I went to Optique today it was very affordable. Thank you all for the wonderful experience I can’t wait to get my new glasses!
