Dr. Loden and all of his staff (including the staff at the Smyrna location) were absolutely amazing throughout my whole LASIK process. From helping me work through insurance issues, thoroughly explaining the process and after care, to making the actual procedure as comfortable as possible. Dr. Loden was fantastic about explaining what was going on as he was doing it during the surgery which helped eased a lot of my anxiety as well. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming every time I came in. A true showcase of hospitality and professionalism. Thank you so much to Dr. Loden and his staff for making this experience what it was.
I went to Dr. Loden and his team for LASIK, after considering and researching this procedure for a very long time. After 20+ years of heavy reliance on contacts and glasses, I am beyond thankful for my new way of living with perfect eyesight. I found the whole experience, from initial consultation all the way through the procedure, to be something that Dr Loden and his team have perfected over the years. The team was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, the communication with me was good at all times, and their attention to detail, quality and my health was at the top of their mind. This may be the best investment I’ve ever made and I only trusted the best (Loden Vision Centers).
Overall the LASIK procedure from the consultation to actual surgery was easy from scheduling online the first consultation to being able to have the procedure roughly 2 weeks from the consultation. They had a good “bedside manner” when voicing some day-of jitters and were able to answer questions/concerns easily. Overall it was a pleasant experience for what it was and faster than I would have expected. Don’t get me wrong, there is some discomfort in the procedure, but it was minor and each step that produced discomfort was over in what get like a minute each time (about 4 periods that produced it).
20/15 both eyes the day after surgery!!! I couldn’t be happier with the LASIK that Dr. Loden and his wonderful team were able to provide. As a fellow eye surgeon my vision means everything to me, so I had to go to the best. If you are ever debating where to get your eye surgery done then go where the doctors go! No better person to trust my eyes with than Dr. Loden, Dr. Doherty, and Dr. Mills at Loden Vision ????????????????????????
